Marketing Intern

Solutionade is a Microsoft Business Applications company based in Skopje, Macedonia, with a strong focus and expertise on the Microsoft cloud stack of products and services, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Azure, and AI.

Job Title: Marketing Intern
Location: Skopje/Hybrid
Job Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and participation at conferences and other business events;
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing agencies for the creation of promotional materials;
  • Ensure marketing visibility and maintain brand identity within the office;
  • Organize and support internal and external events (team-buildings, sports activities, conferences, and promotional events);
  • Support the creation of marketing content for the company’s website and social media channels;
  • Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor marketing trends and explore new tools and platforms;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve marketing strategies when needed.

Required Qualifications & Personal Characteristics:

  • Minimum secondary education (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field);
  • Good command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus);
  • Previous experience in marketing, event organization, or a related field is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of or completion of a course/academy in digital marketing is a plus;
  • Interest in marketing, event organization, and digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.);
  • Organized, communicative, and eager to learn;
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently;
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
